We are wrapping up the free licenses. Those who requested licenses until the end of May, please keep in mind that your licenses will expire on May 30th. We want to thank you all for trusting ETC Montessori with your educational needs. We feel privileged to have played a small part during these tumultuous times.

At this time we are no longer accepting new requests. If you would like to continue with ETC Montessori Digital please feel free to view our online catalog of digital content.

We thank you all for your patience as we generate digital licenses for the online curricula. We have now issued over 743,500 digital licenses to teachers and children around the world. Our commitment is to continue providing the Montessori community with support. Please continue to be patient and once again, we thank you for your understanding.

March 29, 2020 10:21 a.m.

We are quickly reaching maximum capacity of student licenses. As of the time of this post we have added an additional 33,469 students in the past 3 days. This brings the total number of students we are serving to over 690,000. We ask that you request only the number of licenses you absolutely need. If you are simply asking for a license just to preview the digital content, please refrain until we have come through this health ordeal.

Please note that licenses are issued and will expire by April 30, 2020 regardless of the hemisphere or school year you are in. Extensions will be granted on a case by case.

March 26, 2020 12:14 p.m.

We have completed the availability of the ETC Montessori timelines as digital editions. To view the timelines please follow the link here.

March 25, 2020 10:25 a.m.

To Montessori teachers: Please view the materials that are available and select the ones that will actually be of benefit to your children based on their current needs. You may see what is becoming available by visiting etcmontessorionline.com/digital-curriculum

Please don't make a blanket acquisition statement by asking for everything available. This puts unnecessary burden on our servers and slows the process, and we will not be able to honor your request.

March 25, 2020 9:50 a.m.

The response from the Montessori community has been incredible. We are now serving over 650,000 students via our digital files.

As more and more teachers are continuing to ask for access we ask that you take the following steps. This will allow us to efficiently accommodate you without any delays.

Please provide us with the following information so that we may continue processing your licenses:

  1. Verify that your school is indeed closed. A simple statement from the teacher will suffice.

  2. Provide us with an email that will not mark correspondence from us as SPAM. Please note that you should be expecting your download link and the license email from licensing@ll-safeguard3.com.

  3. Provide us with the name of the school

  4. Each teacher will need to make a separate request for his/her classroom. Include the number of students that require access.

  5. Visit our digital curriculum section in our online store and select the items that your students will need to work during the time that the school is closed. (etcmontessorionline.com/digital-curriculum) If you are not familiar with our materials please note that each of the digital curriculum has a printed version as well. Visiting the printed version will give you additional pictures and ideas.

  6. Each teacher will need to email us with the items they need access to along with the number of students that will require access to the materials. We ask that they do not simply ask to have access to everything in a blanket statement. Some curricula are appropriate for certain levels. We do not have digital materials for 3-6 because we believe on hands on learning for those ages. Note that the digital materials are not intended to replace the Montessori materials but rather to enhance them.

  7. Once we have received the list we will proceed to create the necessary licenses.

  8. We will email you with the instructions on downloading and installing the necessary software. If your email software classifies our emails as SPAM you will not be able to use the license.

  9. Free access is granted until the end of April. At that time we will discontinue the license and your students will lose access. If you need to extend the time please notify us prior to that day with information on when your school will reopen. We will extend it at no cost.

March 20, 2020

As we continue to struggle with the issues of COVID-19 and school closures, thousands of students and teachers have been forced to begin considering how to continue the learning process via online solutions.

As your trusted source for quality curriculum, we have embarked on a mission to help by alleviating the dilemma of how to continue offering the ETC curricula effectively and legally to your students. To this end, we are offering many of our popular task cards digitally.

We are currently offering FREE access to these digital files to individuals teachers and ALL the students in their classrooms. The expanded availability of materials begins immediately with the following considerations:

  • Only teachers of public, charter, and private schools are eligible to participate.

  • Each teacher will be provided with enough seats (licenses) to accommodate every child in their classroom.

  • Teachers must provide the name of the school and their personal email where the license will be sent to. This information must be provided to us along with the list of what digital files you need.

  • The free digital files will be available until the end of April. At that time teachers must contact us to get an additional extension, otherwise access to the digital files will end.

  • Each file is a Digital Rights Managed File containing copyright protection.

  • Users will not be able to print the files.

  • Users will not be able to take screenshots, change or copy text.

  • The teacher will need to forward the instructional email containing the license and the files to each student or parent who will in turn install the files on a personal device. Please note that you should be expecting your license email from licensing@ll-safeguard3.com. DO NOT MARK EMAILS FROM THIS ADDRESS AS SPAM!

  • The software will not be able to run on the school's servers.

  • Each student will be able to install the files on one device of their choice.

  • If using a device provided by the school or school district, please make sure that it allows for installation of apps or readers. Devices may be any platform or operating system:

  • iOS

  • IPad

  • iPhone

  • iPod

  • Android

  • Windows OS, and

  • MacOS

We continue to be vested in the Montessori community, and we want to provide the extra support that is needed at a time like this.

We will continue to add digital content so that your students may continue their success. Please check for new digital content becoming available.
